On AI-assisted development and Developer Experience

Head of Developer Experience at Comarch

I work as Head of Developer Experience at Comarch. Before that I was a full-stack developer, delivery manager, and head of frontend: I shipped production retail loyalty systems for Ford and BP in more than ten countries, including Poland, Australia, Portugal, Spain, and the UK, as well as for Sasol, Q8, and ExxonMobil. Technical team leadership, performance, Node.js, headless commerce, and custom frameworks built for production rollouts.

Today I build tools that help other developers work better: frameworks for MCP servers, AI agents, instruction bases, and plugins for popular AI tools. I optimize how teams work with models and keep looking for ways to make Developer Experience less of a ritual and more of an advantage. Brazen and cynically optimistic.

I write developers.pl as the publication I want to read myself and as a place to sort out what I learn from working with AI. If something here looks excessive, it is usually because I am testing the edge before someone calls it a best practice.

What I build

  • PromptScript - a language for writing AI agent instructions as code: versioned, pinned in a promptscript.lock file, and compiled for many tools.
  • LogStrip - a zero-dependency CLI that compresses noisy CI, build, and scanner logs into context for AI agents, masking secrets along the way.
  • github.com/mrwogu - the rest of my projects.

Along the way I also build my own infrastructure and experiments: self-hosted servers and small hosting projects such as Chmurka.pl, OTSHosting.pl, and Palworld.cloud. Less of an agency offer, more of a lab for automation, deployments, and keeping services under my own control.

Beyond code

Outside work I tinker with electronics, home automation, and open-source projects. ESP boards, Home Assistant, self-hosted stacks like Immich, Jellyfin, and arrstack: anything that can run on my own hardware instead of another subscription. I like new technology most when I can take it apart, run it, and fix it.
